For this position to be successful, the incumbent should have:


* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain/logistics demand planning, while utilizing MRP and Sales & Operations Planning in a manufacturing environment.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S.

person status.

person as an U.S.

Citizen, U.S.

Permanent Resident (i.e.

'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications

For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with:


* Knowledge of S&OP processes from end-to-end, including service and inventory strategy, product supply, deployment, and production planning.


* The ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) and delegate while maintaining forward motion on key deliverables.


* A high degree of interpersonal skills to motivate and influence others, including those not under their direct supervision.


* Demonstrated problem solving, systems thinking, project management, and team building abilities.


* Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies, such as Six Sigma.


* Expertise in using Oracle Planning.


* Expert level Excel skills.
