Job Description:

Job Summary:燭he Client Services Senior Specialist will support the Client Services Team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


* Business Analysis:燙onduct business analysis to identify client needs, improve processes, and support decision-making.


* Administrative Tasks:燩erform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining client records.


* Project Coordination:燗ssist in coordinating client projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.


* Data Management:燯tilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights and support client services and operational efficiency.


* Support Client Service Team:燗ssist the Client Services Team in researching data for new work/scope expansion, collaborating with various teams to draft presentations for pitching new services and scope expansions.


* Client Support:燗ssist the Client Service Team as requested in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:


* Education:燘achelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.


* Experience:燤inimum of 2 years of experience in client services or support role


* Skills:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
+ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
+ Ability to navigate through different patient accounting computer systems (e.g., Meditech, Epic).

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with project management tools and methodologies.


* Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies.
