The Role: Services Quotation Engineer - Power Systems & Secure Power

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Quotation Engineer in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations and tender submissions covering the full range of Field Services activities, such as installation/testing, contracts, upgrades/re-engineering, retrofit solutions, modernization, and digital services.

Your focus will be on Power Systems services like the MV/LV electrical distribution equipment & specifically Secure Power services like UPS and Cooling.

What will you do?

• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender specifications for Field Service activities

• Identify cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements (both explicit and implied)

• Collaborate with local and overseas internal stakeholders, plus customer interaction - as required

• Prepare costing sheets to show the cost and margin of offers, ensuring minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels

• Prepare high-quality quotations that define the technical solution proposed, whilst mitigating technical and commercial risks

• Process handover and booking of Orders.
