The department "Digital & Employee Communications" represents an integrated, topic-oriented communication approach.

In addition to communication for employees, with employees, and through employees, the department also targets external audiences through events, global social media channels, and digital content platforms.

Your tasks as Senior Performance Communications Expert

For the digital team we are searching for a communications expert with deep knowledge in performance marketing and the ability to translate this expertise in a corporate communications context.


* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with corporate goals, ensuring high-impact messaging across various channels


* Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor integrated, impact-driven communications campaigns using paid and organic Social Media as well as additional distribution strategies


* Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and audience insights to optimize communication strategies and communications impact, leveraging data-driven decision-making.


* Content optimization: Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling, audience-focused messaging that resonates with target demographics and supports overall corporate communication objectives.


* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with strategic priorities.

Consult communication experts on performance communication topics.

Continuous exchange with account managers from Social Media platforms and agencies


* Platform Management: Manage Business Manager and Ad Accounts of DHL’s global Social Media Channels


* Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in social media communication and performance marketing, adapting strategies accordingly.

Your profile

Professional Requirements:


* Completed university degree with a focus on communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification


* 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally also in corporate communications
