Chief of Staff - Lead Technical Program Manager

As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer and Community Banking Public Cloud Enablement Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm.

Job responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
* Lead team meetings, driving strategic priorities and business metrics in line with the Product Line strategy
* Develop a strategic communications plan for the Infrastructure Engineering & Enablement organization and executing against it
* Partner with managers across the organization on Book of work oversight to ensure the right talent alignment for initiatives
* Deliver impactful and meaningful content for monthly business review
* Manage organizational development and driving support for hiring and new employee enablement
* Ensure financials are maintained and in line with expectations
* Collect, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings
* Coordinate and executing ad hoc requests across the various teams
* Develop strategic presentations for internal audiences
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
* Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
* Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
* Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
* Experience with stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
