Front Desk Receptionist - American Pediatric Dental Group
American Pediatric Dental Group is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This position is responsible for managing all front office functions while ensuring that patients, parents, and guardians are the top priority.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service experience is preferred
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills-must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times
Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Strong PC skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new programs as required
