based position, the expected compensation range is $156,000 - $234,000 per year and commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-

related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Main Responsibilities:

Mid-Market Sales Leader is an instrumental member of our National Sales Organization ensuring a wholistic coverage of our high growth, high potential mid-market customer base.

This is a sales leader reporting directly to the Vice President of National Sales and an integral member of the leadership team.

This role works in partnership with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Channels, and Services, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is critical.

The candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & best-in-class employee development.

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex enterprise deals.

The Sales Leader is fully responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual and team quotas.

This is an aggressive sales team with a generous compensation plan and is a launch point to future leadership roles within Schneider Electric.
