一、区域广阔市场(药店、诊所、民营医院等)开发:
• 重点终端协议签订 / 销售跟进;
• 店员教育信息传递及成果跟进;
• 民营医院学术活动信息传递;
• 基层医疗医生教育信息传递;
• NDC 终端准入。
二、区域经销商管理:
• 区域渠道规划、计划制定及实施;
• 商业订单及销售管理;
• 客户协议、合同管理;
• 数据直连、分析、审核及管理;
• 价值链管理;
• 货损、退换货、近效期管理;
• 合规、审计、 DD 调研;
• 资信、回款及返利管理;
• 准入支持。
• 统招本科及以上学历,医药、销售相关背景优先;
• 两年以上相关医药或销售工作经验,有商务或基层终端管理经验为佳;
• 良好的沟通说服能力、数据分析能力、判断及解决问题能力。
• 工作主动性强。
