As a Product Manager in Real Time Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

JP Morgan Chase has established a leadership position in building out the nation's first instant payments system, US Real-Time Payments (RTP).

We are working to expand our real-time payments channel enablement, commercialization, and grow the product in collaboration with the FedNow Service and The Clearing House.

Job responsibilities



* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Contributes as a key player and navigator to the development, implementation, and coordination of real-time payments product initiatives, programs, and strategic roadmap


* Develops strong partnerships with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organization and the globe including product, technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance and audit


* Owns the end to end execution of projects and priorities according to plan, while solving problems and issues that arise


* Engages internal and external partners/clients in order to fully understand the needs and priorities of the industry, clients, and the firm


* Leads conversations with Sales and Product Sales Specialists to develop commercialization strategy and manage the pipeline of prospective clients for both RTP and Request for Payment (RfP)


* Plans and execute communications/campaigns working with Change Readiness, Ready-to-Launch, and other Line of Business partners
