Position Overview

Within the Innovative Medicine R&D Finance organization, the Financial Planning & Analysis team is the Global Center of Excellence for financial expertise.

This Senior Financial Analyst leads Actual and Forecast planning and consolidation for financial processes related to global capital expenditures, balance sheet and cash flow, compliance and audit requirements, as well as has direct functional budget support.

This role has broad exposure to the IM R&D global finance organization, interacting with all levels of the organization as well as cross-functionally.

The ability to manage ambiguity, frame and communicate issues/solutions, and manage multiple priorities are critical to success for this role.

Key Responsibilities:


* Drive and manage global capital analytics to provide strategic insights; maintain, analyze, and report capital updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and for Corporate reporting; manage depreciation; serve as SME for capital planning activities.


* Coordinate global compliance, including responding to audit requests from external and internal audit and lead SOX testing documentation and communication.

Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually or as needed during major changes.
