Summary: The Global Director of Organization Development and Training will lead the strategic direction and execution of organizational development initiatives and training programs across the company.
This role is responsible for enhancing team members' performance, driving leadership development, supporting the talent review and succession planning process, and fostering a continuous learning and improvement culture.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global organizational development strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
* Talent Review and Succession Planning: Lead the global talent review and succession planning process to identify high-potential employees, develop succession plans, and ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
* Performance Management: Improve performance management systems and processes in Workday to drive employee engagement and productivity.
* Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to ensure full understanding of organizational and departmental learning requirements.
* Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders and enhance the capabilities of current leaders.
* Training Programs: Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs that address skill gaps, promote professional growth, and support career development.
* Training Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development and training programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
* HR Collaboration: Collaborate with members of the global HR team to achieve organizational goals and ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
