Job Summary: As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products - Loan Servicing Team, you will spearhead escalated requests, research complex asks for high-impact clients, lead training efforts, and drive project initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:


* Process line of credit and loan-related transactions on multiple loan systems.


* Focus on high-volume activities requiring interaction with internal partners.


* Interact with team members, managers, market partners, audit, legal, and risk.


* Serve as primary trainer and create training materials.


* Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.


* Recommend process improvements for efficiency gains.


* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on loan servicing functions.


* Create testing scripts and execute testing across applications.


* Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
