Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products Team, you will lead complex client requests, train staff, and drive project initiatives, ensuring seamless loan servicing operations.

Job Responsibilities:


* Process line of credit and loan transactions using ACBS and Loan IQ systems.


* Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with internal partners and resources.


* Train new and existing staff, creating training materials for process and system updates.


* Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.


* Recommend process improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancements.


* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple loan servicing functions.


* Create and execute UAT testing scripts across various platforms.


* Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Existing Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.


* High productivity and quality performance, ranking in the top 30% of the current team.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


* Exceptional customer service skills.


* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively.


* Strong organizational and time management skills.


* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.


* Ability to maintain high performance levels in stressful situations.
