? Job Duties Include:


* Assessing patients' physical and functional abilities


* Developing individualized treatment plans


* Implementing therapeutic interventions to promote independence


* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals


* Educating patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment


* Documenting progress and maintaining accurate patient records

Qualifications:


* Valid Occupational Therapist license in California


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for helping others


* Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required
