Solutions Engagement Director - Verity Soltuions - Remote

Job Objective:

Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

Works with the sales team as the subject matter expert for in-depth capabilities of Verity Solutions suite of services and relating their applicability in a prospective client's operations.

It is the responsibility of the Solution Engagement Director to explain the technical and functional aspects Verity Solutions' products and services to users.

Duties and Responsibilities:



* Serve as a subject matter expert and sales resource on all technical details concerning how Verity software works and what problems it solves for our clients in various clinical settings.


* Promote the benefits of Verity's solutions to health care executives emphasizing the specific benefits to each unique party.


* Partner with Sales Directors, in managing customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through client interactions.


* Work collaboratively with the Sales Director in the sales process.


* Proactively follow-up with technical questions that arise during the sales process.


* Document and upkeep task notes and other client follow-up in Salesforce.


* Serve as a key technical resource for Verity Solutions in all professional environments, both in person and via phone.


* Engage with Sales leadership and Sales team members to plan and execute solution design for client engagements.


* Assist in conducting savings analysis for a client's network of contract pharmacy relationships.


* Provide clear customer feedback to Product Management and partner on potential solutions for product expansion and enhancements.


* Ensure regular and on-going accurate customer data, touchpoint summaries and other key customer intelligence is available and leveraged in Salesforce.


* Assist on RFP questionnaires and data collection and analysis for potential customer inquiries.


* Represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences and assist with customer webinars.


* Work collaboratively with Evernoth professional counterparts.


* Engage with Verity's Operations and Product Management team as needed.


* Attend to other initiatives and goals as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


* BA or BS or equivalent experience.


* Must have 3+ years of healthcare experience.


* Possess effective and clear presentation skills to convey the capabilities of Verity to prospects in a manner that is understandable and appealing.


* Experienced and proven comfort level in communicating with IT and pharmacy staff as well as VP Level and C- Level.


* Strong MS Office Experience.


* Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred.


* Detail oriented and with strong organization skills.


* Ability to travel for customer meetings and attend trade shows as needed.
