CORP H&W/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for coordination and administration of Kroger Health (KH) contracts while supporting contract management teams and KH leaders.

Collaborate with contract managers and internal business units on recommendations to ensure contract compliance and profitability and provide appropriate education to division/store teams to drive growth.

Position KH as provider of choice for services in community healthcare.

Minimum
- 2+ years of experience in payor or account management role for healthcare or retailer
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry or retailer
- 1 year of project coordination experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
- Effectively able to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
- Excellent presentation, organization, oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree healthcare or business related field
- Any experience successfully identifying, adopting and leading change initiatives
- Ability to gain alignment across multiple parts of the organization and works in collaboration with stakeholders and peer groups
- Ability to facilitate/translate strategic business requirements into strategic solutions
- Competent in developing and delivering innovative solutions to diverse and complex problems- Maintain contract management and RFP processes, new opportunity requests, status and reporting of the same within Salesforce
- Support KH leaders by managing payor requests, credentialing, member grievances, attestations, rebill requests, reimbursement appeals, etc., to maximize contract profitability compliance
- Verify and monitor contracting to ensure appropriate NDAs are in place when sharing any information, creating/redlining contracts and/or SOWs
- Work with Contracting and Operations teams to implement contracts/programs based on agreed upon services/products
- Support payor/client relationships including client meetings, invoicing, and addressing opportunities
- Participate in the creation/delivery of quarterly business reviews with payors/clients
- Facilitate reporting needs for contracting team leveraging existing tools, working with internal teams and external payors/clients
- Communicate with KH leaders on contract performance, successes and improvement areas
- Make recommendations and help in execution of process improvement initiatives for contract management team
- Participate in special projects as assigned by KH leaders
- Work with Finance to ensure revenue is captured and invoices are paid by client as appropriate
- Apply knowledge and expertise of third party contracting and healthcare industry to assist in educating and supporting division/store teams on claim issues
