Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Commercial Excellence team supporting our Medical business unit.

This role will work cross functionally with key customers including account managers, cost accounting, global operations, and customer service to help maintain and drive profitable business through cost analysis, quote generation, and economic research.

This is an in-person or hybrid role expected to be on-site a minimum of 2-3 days/week at our Hudson, Wisconsin St.

Croix Meadows location.

What You Will Do



* Lead team initiatives to support the sales and operations organization by analyzing costs and market data in conjunction with the business strategy.

Offer strategic pricing insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.


* Own the tracking and reporting of pricing impacts to leadership, ensuring transparency and accuracy in communication.


* Utilize advanced pricing software and tools for accurate pricing calculations and analysis.

Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure data integrity and drive data-driven decision making.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess inflationary impacts across different regions related to materials, labor, energy and more, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.


* Be a leader for any pricing activity helping ensure all sustaining part numbers or RFQs are reviewed annually and in a timely manner, including overseeing cost analysis and approval of price changes within the pricing software.


* Champion and effectively apply Koch's Principle Based Management philosophy, focusing on economic thinking and mutual benefit.


* Develop and nurture key relationships with cross-functional teams to drive collaborative efforts.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or sales OR 5+ years of relevant experience


* Proven ability to manage large datasets and formulate actionable insights through analysis.


* Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends as it relates to strategy development.
