Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support manufacturing operations at our New Richmond, WI location.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1 st Shift, 7am - 3pm

Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries.

What You Will Do



* Plan, schedule, and maintain the production schedule on a day-to-day and longer-term horizon


* Understand and execute the schedule, driving completion of tasks, communicating status updates, and escalating when needed.

Schedule operators to jobs, breaks and rotations


* Coach and train production group on 6S requirements and perform audits of operators throughout shift and at shift end


* Participate in problem solving activities, Rapid Improvement events and Continuous Improvement efforts


* Assist Production Supervisor with various projects on an as needed basis


* Update and manage all aspects of the production floor schedule


* Perform as a back-up for the Production Supervisor/Manager


* Coordinate and oversee new operator training, cross training, and other operator trainings as needed


* Succession and development into leadership role

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* 2+ years of manufacturing experience

* Leadership and self-motivation skills
