Position Overview:

The Global Director, Strategic Alliances for Biosurgery is a key function within MedTech General Surgery organization in leading strategic alliances focused on innovation and supply of products in our Global Biosurgery portfolio.

The purpose of Alliance Management is to provide leadership and vision in the formation & direction of commercial alliances that improve value for both partners and provide opportunities to unlock hidden alignment.

Alliance Management is responsible for the overall management of specified alliances and directing partnership activities involving key General Surgery collaborators at each partner company.  Main responsibilities include leading post-deal and day-to-day alliance activities to shape and achieve the strategic objectives of the alliance, establishing clear communication lines across the partnership, anticipating and resolving potential issues, negotiating ancillary agreements and amendments and overall ensuring the highest quality relationship possible.
