Job Description

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is currently recruiting a Global Strategic Marketing Manager for the SURGICEL™ Powder brand and Topical Adjunctive Hemostats product category.

The J&J MedTech Surgery franchise offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies-including sutures, hemostasis products, surgical staplers, trocars, and synthetic mesh devices-that surgeons use in a wide variety of open and minimally invasive surgical procedures, and energy based surgical devices.

The Marketing Manager SURGICEL™ Powder, GSM Biosurgery, will be responsible for leading projects and end-to-end brand management including partnering to develop brand strategy for the SURGICEL™ Powder Brand, as well as for Commercial Leadership and overall Brand Support.

This individual will also be responsible for leading the Hemostasis Optimization Program and will use Biosurgery growth strategies to actively foster results and ensure achievement of business plans.
