JOB SUMMARY:


* Responsible for maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays/exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training and workshops.


* Oversee product requests, prepare portable display properties (tablecloths, roll-up graphics, posters) and inspect upon return, handle distribution and shipping, and provide onsite support as needed. 


* Individual will interface with Marketing, Sales and Meeting Services for demo and display requirements.  Manages inventory counts and provide reports to Supervisor.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under (e.g.

limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Maintain consistency of set contents.


* Pick and pack daily orders for shipment as needed.



* Arrange for any refurbish/repair work before returning equipment/display to storage. 


* Place house order when necessary to replace missing item(s) charging the correct account.


* Work with meeting planners to select the display unit, graphics, tablecloth and accessory items for meetings.
