We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Specialist to be in Moncton, NB.

Major Responsibilities



* Provides product and procedural technical support and service, including staff in-servicing and educating surgeons and other clinical stakeholders on the safe and effective use of Ethicon products.  


* Builds strong relationships with nursing staff and identifies potential gaps that need to be addressed with staff regarding safe use of DePuy Synthes products.


* Liaises with Product Specialists to execute the established account strategy.


* Supports regional efforts of providing appropriate case coverage and technical expertise across a specific region (specific accounts to be determined by RBM)


* Support booking of loaner/sawbones equipment, including checking in/out sets for loaners.

Qualifications:



* A University Degree is required, preferably in business, statistics or health sciences.


* A minimum of five years of sales, marketing or related experience is required.


* Medical device industry sales experience is required, preferably in the assigned market.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Demonstrated leadership required.


* Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; comfort understanding clinical trial data.


* Proven track record of collaboration and problem solving and ability to take initiative and be creative.
