We are looking for Offer project Quality Leader to make an impact!

What will you do?


* Ensures that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers
+ Guarantee the quality of the project based on the roadmap.
+ Ensure that all client requirements are considered from the opening to the closing of a development project.
+ Ensure that the customer voice is well analyzed, heard, and considered to provide and prioritize customer requirements to the project team
+ Ensure that the customer's experience in the field is considered in offer creation projects.


* Guarantees the best application of the Project Management system of reference (OTM, PMP, PMP, BLMP, COIN).

(Complex Project or Program, in OCP terminology)
+ Ensure that offer creation development projects will be launched with an excellent level of quality by setting appropriate objectives and defining related improvement actions to be executed by the projects.
+ Support and lead project teams on quality methods and tools to achieve the robustness of the offer, customer satisfaction and quality objectives.
+ Ensure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are well managed within projects.
+ Anticipate and provide visibility into any product or project risks and alert accordingly.
+ Assist the project manager on animation and decision-making processes in the preparation of project milestones, monitoring of reports and actions.
+ Act on projects as a co-pilot


* Context of new business fields/ new customers, offer architecture complexity (Complex Project or Program, in OCP terminology)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent


* 2 - 5 years experience Quality and Technical


* Business understanding in Product Specification, Project Management and Schneider Quality System
