Major Responsibilities



* Find new growth opportunities and delight customers with Ethicon’s products and solutions


* Support the current business by delivering outstanding customer service and experience.


* Attainment of sales/market share objectives


* Execution of national/regional/local strategies for Ethicon products.


* Work in close partnership with Account Specialist to execute account plans, develop clinical relationships and provide case coverage and support


* Provide insights on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace


* Work with members of the regional sales team to over-deliver performance goals and create an exceptionally collaborative, respectful, and fun team environment.
