Your Responsibilities Will Include:


* Providing residents with routine daily care based on individual care plans


* Reporting changes in residents' conditions to Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor promptly


* Supporting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility)


* Monitoring and recording vital signs, intake/output, and overall wellness


* Creating a warm, calm, and caring environment for residents and families


* Collaborating with nursing and interdepartmental staff to ensure exceptional care


* Participating in shift change reports and documentation as required


* Maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:


* Current California CNA Certification (Required)


* CPR Certification (Preferred)


* A passion for working with seniors and delivering high-quality care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional
