What are we looking for?

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager position is responsible for implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy in assigned location(s)/region(s).

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $90K - $115K.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Implement the HSE strategy for assigned location(s), region(s).


* Act as the point of contact for Site Safety Coordinators in assigned locations on HSE matters.


* Identify appropriate HSE improvements to the Business Line Director, to drive continuous improvement within the business.


* Provide input to the Business Line Director on administrative and policy aspects of the HSE Program.


* Responsible for ensuring that management teams properly implement HSE policies.


* Monitor, supervise and participate in internal and external audits of HSE programs.


* Lead and participate in HSE related meetings.


* Responsible for the direction and implementation educational safety and health training programs to all levels of personnel.
