Maintenance Director

Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care is hiring experienced Maintenance Director.

Job Description:


* Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.

Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures


* Inspect storage rooms, workrooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc.

for upkeep and supply control.


* Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as necessary or as may be directed.
