Cross-border Payments is a division within JPMorgan's Payments business, encompassing Global Clearing and Cross-Currency (FX) services, which are the largest fee-revenue generators.

As a Cross Border Payments Business Manager - Senior Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and conducting robust analytics.
You will support senior product leaders, ensure transparency around business performance drivers, and manage end-to-end business activities.
Your role involves identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, making it essential to our success.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leads to drive strategic focus for the product in a fast-moving payments landscape.
* Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
* Manage agendas for Business Reviews, coordinating planning activities and meeting content.
* Track and analyze trends in revenues, transactional activity, and deal pipeline.
* Analyze financial performance and identify productivity initiatives.
* Create high-quality presentations for Business Reviews, Town Halls, and strategic meetings.
* Contribute to the revenue budgeting and forecasting process.
* Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Communicate effectively with business partners to drive project next steps.
* Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities.
* Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
* Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
* Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting.
* Ability to manage large sets of data and articulate design decisions.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
* Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* Experience in Payments, Treasury Services, or a related financial services field.
* Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint.
