Transaction Execution Associate

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in a transaction execution management team to partner with the Business to provide end to end transaction execution management.

As a Transaction Execution Associate within our Credit Product Delivery team you will, provide expertise in end-to-end transaction execution management including documentation negotiation coordination for credit/trade facilities.

You will partner closely with JPMorgan's coverage teams, internal stakeholders as well as internal/external legal counsel.

Job responsibilities


* Deliver best-in-class transaction execution and documentation negotiation management of credit facilities and ancillary documentation focused on working capital facilities, syndicated lending and core trade


* Review and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across various credit products


* Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation


* Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution


* Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations


* Maintain oversight of the deal closing process

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Minimum 5 years' experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination of credit facilities


* Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processes


* Decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution


* Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset


* Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally


* Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Finance and/or Law degree
