Pre-School Physical Therapist (PT)

We are currently seeking Per Diem Early Childhood/Pediatric Physical Therapists for multiple locations across Hudson Valley (Positions available in Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange County.)

Liberty POST is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Early Childhood Physical Therapists (PT) for part time and/or full-time employment to work with children who are birth-5 years old through Early Intervention programs.

Immediate positions are available throughout Hudson Valley.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  


* Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.


* Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.


* Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, and progress in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record system.


* Proficient at writing detailed analysis and reports.


* Effectively organize and maintain confidentially of child’s records and other documentations.


* Follow all state laws and regulations as it pertains to Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE special education.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:


* Current New York State Licensure and/or Certification in Physical Therapy


* Knowledge of MS Word and comfortable with working with computer systems


* Valid Driver’s License


* Early Childhood Experience


* Great interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Rate: EI


* EI 30 minutes: $52


* EI 45 minutes: $52


* EI 60 minutes: $67


* Evaluation: $140-$145


* Bilingual Evaluation: $165

Pay Rate: CPSE


* CPSE 30 minutes: $35-$40


* CPSE 45 minutes: $50


* CPSE 60 minutes: $65


* Evaluation (EI & CPSE): $140-$145
