We are searching for the best talent for our Staff R&D Engineer position in Groningen, the Netherlands.

Purpose: In this role you will provide engineering and design services to manufacturing and production engineering groups.

You will perform complex design analysis and provide input or approval for detailed design specifications, tooling, fabrication, and testing.

You will perform validation operations, develop real and/or virtual prototypes for early-stage product development and exploration with consumers.

You will influence the company's business, tactical directions, and financial results through a sharing of technical expertise.

You will be responsible for:



* Proposing and determining new or improved technologies to enhance product quality, manufacturing cost efficiencies, personnel safety and regulatory compliance.


* Planning, coordinating and overseeing validation operations, including scale up of and optimization processes, equipment assembly, in process sample analysis, the use of reactors, and prepares compliance documents.
