We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Product Communications, Solid Tumor to be located in Horsham PA. 

Purpose: The role will lead the development and execution of integrated communications and public affairs strategies to support Johnson & Johnson’s fastest-growing business globally.

With a strong and growing presence in lung, prostate, and bladder cancer—and a rapidly growing pipeline that includes head and neck and colorectal cancers—this role plays a critical part in crafting the external environment and accelerating growth across key oncology brands.

The primary focus of this role is to build awareness and excitement for our solid tumor therapies among U.S.

healthcare professionals through bold, informative earned, owned, and paid communications.

The Director will also build and maintain trusted relationships with patient advocacy organizations, partnering with patients and advocates to co-create communications programs that support our business objectives and deliver value to the patient community.

This individual will lead a small, high-performing team, with a focus on coaching, developing capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence as we build toward a world-class Communications & Public Affairs (CPA) organization.

Additionally, the role will help anticipate and navigate key public affairs and policy challenges, working cross-functionally to craft the external landscape and support access to Johnson & Johnson’s oncology innovations.
