Quality Intern

* List of Projects
+ Receiving Inspection Plans loaded into SAP Receiving Module
+ Wire 1 Crimp Tool inventory, labeling and enter into calibration system after performing terminal Cross Sectioning (baselining current tooling)
+ Create NCR and Deviation Sharepoint site under guidance of Khalid and monitor Q-location inventory
+ Coordinate and organize MSA studies for all major work cell inspection equipment
+ Cross reference linkages of Severities on DFMEA to PFMEA to Control Plan and enter into new software

 


* Any special skills or areas of study needed to be successful
+ Familiarity with Sharepoint
+ Nice to have familiarity with Minitab but not required

Qualifications:


* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point


* Familiarity with Microsoft's Power Automate tools and/or Microsoft Forms


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Self-directed and able to work without supervision


* Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program


* Majors: Quality/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent


* GPA of 3.0 or higher

 

Pay Range: $19-$20

At PTI, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
