The InterContinental Hotels Group® at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels.

 A little taste of your day-to-day:


* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware (e.g., computers, printers, routers) and software systems to ensure optimal functionality.


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, software licenses, and user access permissions.


* Support the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades in coordination with the IT leaders.


* Continuously seek improvements in processes and performance, taking ownership of results and remaining resilient in the face of challenges.


* Promptly report technical issues to management, with the recommendations to solve them.


* Stay informed on departmental and hotel-related developments, by approach to ongoing learning.


* Understand the hotel’s business priorities, products, services, and how the IT function contributes to operational success.


* Share innovative ideas and best practices with the team.


* Understand the impact of your role on guest satisfaction, colleagues’ engagement, departmental outcomes and hotel operations.


* Comply with, and actively enforce, the InterContinental Hotels Group’s Code of Conduct, hotel policies, and departmental procedures.
