Oracle ERP Analyst
Position Overview:
The Oracle Applications Analyst will oversee the daily operations, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud projects.
Responsibilities include aiding project planning, execution, and documentation while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
This role also involves providing support for system enhancements and delivering user training.
Additionally, the Analyst will ensure the consistent availability of all Enterprise applications, including Oracle and associated systems.

Project Support:
• Assist in the day-to-day management of Oracle Cloud projects.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project management plans, including scope, time, cost, risk, and quality management.
• Help maintain project schedules, resources, budgets, and risk issues.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives.
• Assist in facilitating communication across teams and updating the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
• Support the review and sign-off processes for project deliverables.
Module and Functional Area Support:
• All modules are in scope for support with a particular focus on SCM, FIN, and HCM.
• Understand entire business processes and the up and downstream integrations between modules.
• Foster relationships with the business to gain trust in delivering desired outcomes within the best practice prescribed by Oracle.
• Assist in managing relationships with vendors and external consultants.
• Support contract negotiations, licenses, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the Organization to train and support end-users.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, communication, and training plans.
Compliance and Data Management:
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Support data management practices to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
• Help develop custom reports and dashboards for business leaders.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while accepting guidance as needed.
• Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of business requirements.

• Experience in supporting project management, particularly with Oracle Cloud projects.
