Job Description:



* Build up and improve MV setup process capability/ 建立和优化MV 流程能力


* Manage & coordinate the planning activities for New projects & Transfer projects: Ramp-up plan, Material plan, transfer plan alignment with sending/receiving sites, etc.

管理新产品导入项目，产品转移项目相关计划事宜 （产能提升计划，物料计划，生产计划等）以确保项目按时顺利完成。


* Create Master Production Schedule and agree and execute Schedule at code level with the business partners; achieve excellent Customer Service with low Back Order level, while maintaining control of the Inventory (RM, WIP, FG) / 制订生产计划，完成客户满意度及存货指标


* Coordinate all planning activities with the Supply Chain.
