Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst – NA IM Commercial FP&A to be located in Titusville, NJ.

The position will provide financial support and analysis to the North America Innovative Medicine Commercial organization through sales reporting, consolidations, and analytics.  The Lead Financial Analyst will be a key partner to the full North America Innovative Medicine finance organization.

The individual will own reporting and analyzing sales for Johnson & Johnson's largest business unit and region while effectively framing and communicating results to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



* Own the collection, validation, and analysis of North America Innovative Medicine sales forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional business partners


* Prepare/validate weekly sales report and distribute to business partners and senior leadership


* Provide frequent sales analytics and insights to Finance leaders, including the North America Innovative Medicine CFO


* Lead investor relations reporting for US Pharm on a quarterly basis


* Prepare and review management decks and effectively frame and communicate business insights to senior management and internal/external partners to help inform and drive fact-based decisions including leaders of the NA IM business


* Deliver outstanding value through continuing to simplify processes, reducing complexity and providing relevant insights to enable excellence in business partnering and decision making


* Lead the 52-week Finance calendar planning process and guidance communication for NA Pharm organization ensuring input from all relevant functions with adherence to corporate’s guidance


* Serve as the FP&A lead to provide support for ad-hoc projects, systems updates and strategic priorities including adoption of SAP Cloud Analytics dashboards


* Provide dotted line supervision and day-to-day guidance to Sales Reporting FLDP

Education:


* A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
