Description

• Engage with senior leaders, including Country Managing Director, to bring technology thought leadership in business strategies.
• Lead as Tech & Data market leader for the Total Experience(TX) of end-to-end consumer, customer, and employee journeys to ensure consistent, engaging and growth-enabling experiences that will take our business technology and KTD market activation one step further, and ensuring global solutions become a powerful competitive edge.
• Leverage new-age analytical capabilities to extract actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
• Forge close partnerships with business functions, regional/global capability teams and Industry experts to develop and drive strategic technology capability roadmaps.
• Develop and implement robust technology strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience against potential disruptions.
• Motivate and engage multiple technology teams, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and embracing change.
• Serve as a member of the Asia Pacific Technology & Data leadership team.
• Assume overall end-to-end ownership for Technology & Data services to business.

• Bachelor's/Undergraduate Technology degree or equivalent.

Postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience and relevant business experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership position as a people leader.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends, and ability to apply them to solve business problems.
• Proven experience in Digital Transformation, particularly familiar with Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, and MarTech ecosystem.

Experience of managing salesforce platforms (commerce cloud, marketing cloud, service cloud, etc.) for achieving impactful business result will be a plus.
