The Opportunity


* Serve as the studio lead physician partner to the Studio Manager in a collaborative dyad model.


* Provide clinical services to MOOV customers, including in-person and telehealth visits.


* Create curated treatment plans for patients that encompass both conventional and non-conventional offerings.


* Research current medical trends and treatments and provide recommendations on local adoption.


* Communicate and promote MOOV's mission, vision, values, culture and strategy to team members.


* Assure compliance with all regulatory policies and communicate those requirements to all healthcare professionals.


* Monitor current and future healthcare and economic trends, assessing their potential impact on the practice and local geographic region.


* Develop, implement and monitor an annual clinical practice management plan that includes goals and objectives to continually meet the expectations and provide value to patients, customers, healthcare providers and local community.


* Co-lead local site administrative management team, by identifying clinical team members and aligning their responsibilities to achieve clinical practice goals.


* Recruit, onboard, and train new health providers, ensuring the practice is optimally staffed with qualified providers respective of the studio offerings.


* Provide learning and development opportunities and mentoring to providers and other staff to enhance their clinical acumen, leadership skills, and overall professional growth.


* Evaluate the performance of staff members in accordance with MOOV's policies and guidelines.


* Monitor competence of health care providers with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics, counsel, suspend or remove staff from the schedule as necessary.
