Responsibilities:


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions.


* Collaborate with registered nurses and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.


* Provide direct nursing care and assistance to residents as needed.


* Assist with resident assessments and care planning processes.


* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing nursing care in long-term care settings.


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:


* Active licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California.


* CPR certification required.


* Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
