Your expertise in various codes, standards, quality documentation, mechanical assembly, instrumentation, and electrical systems will be invaluable in maintaining the highest level of quality assurance.

Shift: First
What You Will Do
* Collaborate with the line lead to understand the daily agenda and attend morning QC team meetings to discuss the day's plan, workload, and any assistance needed.
* Report non-conformances daily and communicate issues quickly to prevent project delays.
* Conduct in-process and final inspections, performing visual and dimensional inspections of products/materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
* Verify that all project requirements are met, sign off on inspection tasks progressively, and collect and review various reports (e.g., MTR, blast and paint, FAT).
* Compile, review, and maintain project/product and Quality documentation, including updating in-process data books and uploading inspection photos daily.
* Witness required factory acceptance testing and assist with customer inspections.
* Accompany third-party inspectors during site visits to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Demonstrated experience working with AWS codes, ASME codes, API codes and other relevant standards.
* Working knowledge and practical experience in dimensional inspection techniques
What Will Put You Ahead
* Possess a current American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• Background in electrical systems
* Current AMPP (NACE) CIP level 1 or higher certification
* Current API 936 or API 982 Refractory certification
