We are searching for the best talent for Specialty Channel Sales Manager to be in Seoul.

Purpose: To accelerate new business development and profitable growth in animal health via proactive collaboration with Surgery, Orthopaedics (Trauma / Powertool) Business Unit, related enable functions and / or external experts

You will be responsible for:


* To analyze market data to identify market potential, obtain market insight and monitor key intelligence on animal health trends


* To pursue business opportunities to drive animal health business by approaching and identifying the right customers and commercial partners


* To drive new market penetration, accelerate business growth and expand market potential in the untapped animal health market.


* To build sustainable channel partner strategies and distributor networks to support penetrating animal hospitals


* To design the animal hospital marketing strategy and execute initiatives to promote and generate sales revenues


* To lead animal health products launching by collaborating with related enable functions (RA, HEMA, SC, GA, FIN and so on)


* To build a rapport and trust with key customers and engage them


* Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans

Qualifications / Requirements:


* At least 10 years in the healthcare industry (Medical device or Pharmaceutical) with sales, business development or marketing management experience or research experiences


* Selling through distributor channels and new product launching experience are strong advantage


* Ability to lead new market opportunities and capable of managing business operations


* Market analysis and planning skills


* Positive thinking with agility


* Effective collaboration as a team player with excellent communication skills


* Excellence in spoken & written English
