We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Supply Chain Manager, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

Purpose:  Responsibilities include cross operations functions – MES & Production floor, Warehouses, Inventory management, Deliver & Trade Compliance, HTC’s planning SME, and Ops IT projects management.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

Planning:


* As the Ops planning SME, Ensure best practice working methodologies are implemented and followed by all planners in all platforms


* Lead & support the SC SAP processes and activities held by the planning team


* Direct and guides planners to maximize their personal talents and to develop new skills, by creating training plans / platforms.

Internal Manufacturing and MES management:


* Production floor plan resources based on long-term forecasts: quarterly and annually


* Work with supply chain teams on weekly production plans


* MES design & development of new processes and tools


* Manage the Process Engineering SME


* Manage the Ops focal point for IT&IS projects

Ops Logistics & Deliver:


* Manage the warehouses budgets and oversee the activities and service performances.


* Manage the Deliver and Trade compliance activities for HTC Ops


* Work on processes optimization & improvements

Inventory Management:


* Manage and control the inventory levels vs the business target...
