Job Description:

GENEL NİTELİKLER:


* Mühendislik bölümü mezunu,


* En az 2 yıl vardiya sorumlusu olarak çalışmış (20 kişilik ekibi yönetebilecek),


* Askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,


* Çift vardiyalı sistemde çalışabilecek (5 gün), gerektiğinde haftasonu fazla mesai yapabilecek.


* Organizasyon becerisine ve analitik bakış açısına sahip,


* MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen,


* Tercihen B sınıfı aktif sürücü.


* Iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip.


* Gebze, İstanbul Anadolu yakasında ikamet eden.

GÖREV TANIMI:


* Metal ambalaj üretim tesisimizde montaj hattı düzenindeki üretim sürecinde  sahada etkin rol alarak, günlük iş emirlerine göre üretimin iş güvenliği, proses ve kalite standartlarında gerçekleşmesini sağlamak.


* Üretim verimliliğini ve üretim akışını kontrol etmek, personeli yönlendirmek.


* Arızalarla ilgili olarak bakım ve onarım ekipleri ile gerekli tedbirleri almak,


* Üretim hattı performans değerlendirmelerini yapmak, gerekli durumlarda iyileştirme önerileri sunmak.



* Çalışanların eğitimi ve performans yönetiminin gerçekleştirilmesi.

 

General Qualifications:


* Graduate of an engineering department,


* At least 2 years of experience as a shift supervisor (able to manage a team of 20 people),


* Completed military service,


* Able to work in a double shift system (5 days), and willing to work overtime on weekends if necessary,


* Possesses organizational skills and an analytical mindset,


* Proficient in using MS Office programs,


* Preferably an active driver with a Class B license,


* Good command of English,


* Residing in Gebze, Istanbul Anatolian side.

Job Description:


* Taking an active role in the production process on the assembly line in our metal packaging production facility, ensuring that production is carried out according to daily work orders in compliance with safety, process, and quality standards.


* Controlling production efficiency and flow, directing personnel.


* Taking necessary measures in coordination with maintenance and repair teams regarding malfunctions.


* Conducting performance evaluations of the production line and proposing improvements when necessary.


* Implementing employee training and performance management.
