About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, energetic, self-motivated, hands on and experienced Quality Manager to lead the way in all aspects of quality, standards and process improvement initiatives, within our Norther Region in QLD Vinidex manufacturing facilities, at Coopers Plains, Toowoomba, Townsville. 

Based at Coopers Plains and reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will work on efficiency, quality control and training across all business operations, to ensure we are consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations.

 

You have experience leading a team to mentor, coach and share your expertise to develop your team, as well as collaborative and take pride in being a team player.

You will be a master at stakeholder management from GM to shop floor, working closely with customers, analysing, problem solving and using your exceptional negotiating, influencing and relationship building skills to ensure the best results and profitability.
 

What you will do


* Manage product testing and inspection data, ensuring compliance of manufactured product and raw materials.

Analyse data trends for improvement and initiate action plans.


* Maintenance of the QMS ISO9001 accreditation and product licensing.


* Responsible for product release, non-conformance management, corrective/preventive actions, compliance and quality audits.
