What You’ll Do:


* Lead the Front Office team, ensuring effortless check-ins and memorable stays.


* Motivate and mentor team members, fostering growth and a positive, high-energy workplace.


* Collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.


* Oversee daily hotel operations, from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.


* Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.


* Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

What We’re Looking For:


* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.


* Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.


* Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and Driver's License.


* A team player who inspires, engages, and promotes a culture of excellence.


* Long periods of standing in the front desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy items
