The Sales Sr.
Analystis responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights, strategies, and decision-making within the sales organization for the AMAPAC Region.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, a strong grasp of analytical techniques, and the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.

Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to optimize sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall sales effectiveness.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Lead comprehensive analysis of sales data, including but not limited to revenue trends, sales pipeline, customer segmentation, and sales performance metrics.
* Develop methodologies to extract actionable insights from large datasets and identify key drivers influencing sales outcomes.
* Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance accurately.
* Own the sales forecast and track the incentive program for the division.
* Facilitate the win/loss process to incorporate learnings in the Sales process.
* Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity and implement solutions.
* Automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis and reporting activities.
* Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key sales metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and improve overall performance.
* Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve sales processes, and enhance sales performance.
