AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to be located in Mountville, PA.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will provide critical financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to help drive key business decisions related to sales, marketing, and product launches.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, business partnering, and a deep understanding of GTM strategies.

JOB DUTIES:


* Financial Planning & Analysis:



* Collaborate with the GTM team to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking related to go-to-market activities.


* Analyze and monitor the financial impact of sales, marketing, and product launch initiatives to assess ROI and profitability.


* Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to optimize GTM strategies.

Revenue & Cost Management:


* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to track and project revenues, costs, and margins for GTM programs.


* Analyze pricing models, sales strategies, and marketing spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.


* Help manage and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, conversion rates, and others.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement:


* Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership and the GTM team, providing financial analysis and strategic insights to drive business outcomes.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to align financial objectives with business goals.


* Support decision-making processes by offering financial perspectives on new product launches, market expansion, and other strategic initiatives.

Reporting & Presentation:


* Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and performance against targets.


* Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders to aid in decision-making.

Process Improvement & Automation:


* Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting related to GTM activities.


* Lead or participate in projects to improve financial tools, systems, and methodologies used in GTM planning and analysis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).


* 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within sales, marketing, or GTM functions.


* Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
