Revenue Quality Project Specialist

NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Quality Project Specialist.

The salary for this position is $80,000.00.   Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Essential Functions:

Retail Medical Project


* Provide administration support to the Retail Medical Team relating to new customer set up


* Assist with new customer setup and customer maintenance


* Work with RQ and IT teams to resolve ABS issues as they arise


* Provide training to new employees


* Route maintenance


* Inventory maintenance


* Scrub inventories, losses, ordering


* RA troubleshooting, review and support

ABS Projects


* Assist RQ team as needed with ongoing ABS projects (i.e., conversions, product code clen up, etc.)


* Learn direct invoicing and help cross train others

M&A Activity


* Assist the RQ team with M&A activities that could include implementing ABS, setting up invoices, etc.

Mandatory Requirements


* Minimum of 10 years of office billing experience


* Minimum of 10 years of customer service/customer contract experience


* Minimum of 10 years working with ERP systems


* Extensive knowledge of ABS software


* Accurate, efficient, organized, confidential and extremely detail-oriented professional team player


* Ability to understand and translate detailed verbal or written instructions


* Proficiency with Excel, Word, Prophix, and Oracle BI tools
