Employee Liaison Representative

Aster Place Assisted Living is now hiring an Employee Liaison Representative

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?


* Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion


* Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting of positions, pre-screening, scheduling interviews
for appropriate managers, checking references and submitting background checks.


* Works with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers and arrange for new hire orientations.


* Coordinates new employee orientation to review HR policies, and performs introductions to the community team
members, residents and family members.

Requirements


* Prefer an Associate’s degree or higher


* 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience 


* Demonstrates C.A.R.E.
